Where He Leads ...

Lent is the span of time in the church calendar that starts with Ash Wednesday, which marks the beginning of Jesus’ 40-day fast in the desert, and ends with Easter Sunday, which commemorates Jesus’ resurrection from the grave. Lent is an opportunity to observe, reflect, repent, and pray as a way of preparing our hearts to celebrate Jesus’ resurrection. Join us as we hear from the second half of Mark’s gospel, which focuses on Jesus’ Judean ministry, his passion and crucifixion, and the cost of being his disciples.
